Benecard Services is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful delivery of products and services. You will build lasting partnerships, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary strategic relationship manager and build long-term partnerships with assigned clients.
Support clients through email, phone, virtual meetings, presentations, and in-person interactions.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive-level leaders.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
Clearly communicate updates, progress, and initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics; maintain a thorough understanding of each client's account.
Stay informed by engaging in professional development, industry education, and networking opportunities.
Contribute to departmental and organizational success by taking ownership of new tasks and identifying opportunities to add value.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
Travel as needed.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or account management.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including fractions and decimals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Professional appearance and communication style.
Ability to present products and information in a variety of settings, including meetings, conferences, health fairs, and industry summits.
