M&T Bank is seeking a Storesperson to support the Weir business in supplying parts to Fortescue. This full-time, permanent role focuses on timely inventory management while complying with OHS&E and lean manufacturing requirements. You'll work 38 hours per week onsite at a brand new warehouse facility in Port Hedland.
What You'll Do
- Participate in daily picking, packing, and distribution operations.
- Operate a Forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
- Receive stock and manage parts storage with accurate location recording.
- Use SAP to conduct stock takes, stock checks, and cycle counts.
- Perform inventory management through SAP and SAP reports ZSTGR / VL06O.
- Liaise with the Estimator and Service Administrators regarding dispatch, receiving, outstanding parts, and delivery dates.
- Use SAP for Stock Receipts, Goods Issuing (including SAPPAK data), printing Pick slips, Cycle counts, Bin maintenance, Inventory reports, stock conversions, and FIFO.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Forklift ticket and experience operating a Forklift.
- Experience working in a warehousing position or environment.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
