Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Stores Recruiter to lead full lifecycle talent acquisition for our store management teams across Texas. This remote role, based in Dallas or Houston, is pivotal in developing innovative attraction strategies and delivering high-quality talent to our portfolio of brands. You'll partner closely with regional and district leadership to proactively build pipelines and drive our store talent strategy.
What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for store management roles from open position to onboarding
- Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies to drive the best talent to your supported markets
- Partner closely with Regional & District Managers to understand talent needs and deliver proactively
- Network and build relationships with future talent through both digital and in-person channels
- Align with store leadership on open roles and desired candidate profiles
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers
- Leverage data and innovation to drive results and refine the recruiting process
- Support stores with continued training on recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes
- Spend time in stores weekly conducting interviews and supporting recruiting activities
- Project manage ad hoc initiatives like employer branding, data analytics, and new store openings
- Travel in-market and beyond, up to 35% of the time, for recruiting events, university engagement, and training
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
- Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for a specific market
- Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactions
- Proven talent evaluation and selection skills
- Ability to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy supporting the candidate journey end-to-end
- Engaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change and ambiguity
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners
- Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships
- Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed
- Extreme curiosity and desire to learn
- Passion for recruitment technology and interest in driving future investments
- Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings

Work Mode
This is a hybrid remote role based in either Dallas, TX or Houston, TX. The position requires travel up to 35% of the time and includes work-from-anywhere flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, plus six designated work-from-anywhere weeks per year.
