N2JSoft is seeking a Limousine Dispatcher to oversee all parking and transportation operations for Encore Boston Harbor. You will be responsible for managing guest and team member transportation, coordinating shuttle services, handling traffic communication, and operating the vehicle department.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all property and departmental standards and core values are implemented.
- Execute and monitor short-and long-term departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the transportation strategy to align with overall property goals.
- Identify and maximize opportunities for guest and team member transport success.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to appropriate locations.
- Relay work orders and information to drivers using telephones or two-way radios.
- Monitor personnel and vehicle locations to coordinate service and schedules.
- Determine types and amounts of vehicles and personnel required.
- Ensure all vehicles are returned at the end of each shift.
- Be fully accountable for financial performance, daily operations, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of transportation or related experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with planning and project management.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business demands.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of Everett and the Greater Boston area and attractions.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to decipher and create reports.
- Moderate physical ability to lift or maneuver at least thirty (30) pounds and stand/walk as needed.
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
- Previous front services dispatch and telephone experience.
- Knowledge of union and non-union working environments.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts transportation systems.
- Proficiency in a second language.
