About the Role

Berman Auto Group is hiring a Warranty Administrator to ensure accurate and efficient handling of warranty processes for Kia and Hyundai vehicles. You will play a crucial role in our service department, managing claims and supporting our technicians and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review and verify claim information for completeness and policy compliance.
  • Communicate with manufacturer representatives regarding claim statuses, approvals, and denials.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in reconciling warranty receivables and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for claims.
  • Stay up-to-date with all warranty policies, procedures, and updates.
  • Provide support to the service department by handling customer inquiries related to warranty coverage.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of Hyundai and/or Kia warranty administration experience.
  • Knowledge of manufacturer warranty systems and policies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
