Keep precise inventory records for all materials, consumables, tools, and equipment
Track stock levels and request replenishment as needed
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory
Ensure accurate tracking of material movements and inventory transactions
Receive materials at the site and check quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes
Inspect received materials for quality, specifications, and damage
Work with procurement and site teams to address discrepancies or non-conforming materials
Issue materials to authorized personnel and keep proper documentation
Store, identify, and preserve materials according to company procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment
Use suitable storage methods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration of materials
Keep all store-related records, including goods receipt notes, material issue vouchers, stock registers, and inventory reports
Update inventory records and ERP systems accurately and on time
Prepare periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and inventory records
Follow BESIX Group HSE policies, procedures, and project requirements
Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials where applicable
Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse and storage areas
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
