Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is looking for a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience in our hair and beauty retail environment. This role focuses on talent management, operational and financial performance, and store presentation.
What You'll Do
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience and custom-fit solutions.
- Ensure store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follows safety, security rules, and Company policies.
- Ensure your store always looks its best.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
Nice to Have
- Cosmetology license is a plus.
