CVS Health is hiring a Store Manager In Training to develop the leadership skills needed for a Store Manager position. This role includes a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program combining virtual and hands-on learning experiences, preparing you to lead a store within our designated market.

What You'll Do

Communicate verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
Actively engage in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
Support your store as a management team member, leading in a manner consistent with CVS values and policies.
Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of 'helping people on their path to better health.'

What We're Looking For

Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market.
Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
High School diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree.
Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position within a designated market, requiring the ability to transfer to different CVS Pharmacy stores within that market.
