Vi (Vodafone Idea Limited) seeks a Store Manager to oversee the operations and profitability of a company-owned retail store. You will be accountable for driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets for all products, including voice (postpaid/prepaid), data, VAS, and handsets.
- Ensure and monitor the quality of customer acquisition through the store.
- Deliver revenue targets and increase revenue per footfall by aiding customer purchase decisions.
- Achieve profitability and Return on Investment (ROI) targets for the store.
- Minimize losses from pilferage and shrinkage.
- Manage customer churn and achieve high satisfaction for walk-in customers.
- Ensure adherence to store processes in documentation and systems.
- Maintain store infrastructure, upkeep, and manage stock availability.
- Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays.
- Execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities.
- Maintain availability of fliers and brand point-of-sale materials.
- Resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines.
What We're Looking For
- A graduation degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Store Management.
- Demonstrated experience in Team Management.
Work Mode
This role requires onsite work located in TNC.
