What You'll Do
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer with a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
- Support opening and closing store activities.
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
What We're Looking For
- At least 16 years of age.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
