CVS Health is looking for a Sales Associate to join our retail team. Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, helping to positively impact millions of customers. This position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role.

What You'll Do

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care, and actively resolving potential service issues.
Focus on the customer with a warm greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while following company policies.
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
Support opening and closing store activities.
Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

What We're Looking For

At least 16 years of age

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Team & Environment

You will be working both independently and as a member of a team, reporting to the store manager.
