In this role, you will provide differentiated customer service in a leading retail setting, working independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers. The position involves supporting all store departments, including pharmacy, and embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs.
What You'll Do
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
- Focus on the customer with warm greetings, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
What We're Looking For
- At least 16 years of age.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
