Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct shipment of orders.
- Conduct regular stock counts, verify inventory levels, and report discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before dispatch.
- Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and achieve targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 10 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed.

- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or fulfillment center is a plus.
