Operational Management: - Supervise daily operations, confirming all processes function smoothly and effectively. - Control the availability, upkeep, and condition of the vehicle collection. - Synchronize vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning timetables for maximum productivity. 2. Customer Service: - Guarantee superior client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, solving challenges, and handling complaints. - Coach and assist personnel in delivering outstanding customer interactions at every touchpoint. 3. Staff Management: - Recruit, develop, oversee, and assess station personnel, including rental representatives and client service professionals. - Arrange staff rotations and manage workloads to ensure operational effectiveness and comprehensive coverage. 4. Sales and Financial Management: - Track and accomplish sales objectives, including promoting supplementary services. - Administer the station's financial plan, regulate operational expenses, and secure profitability. 5. Fleet Management: - Supervise fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, pristine, and prepared for rental. - Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to guarantee timely servicing and repairs. - Maximize fleet utilization to meet customer requirements and minimize inactive periods. 6. Compliance and Safety: - Confirm all station operations adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and legal obligations. - Maintain a secure and protected environment for both employees and clients. - Oversee appropriate documentation and record maintenance for all transactions.
