EPL Group is hiring a Startup Mentor for the xpansionIQ accelerator. This part-time role involves serving as a hands-on advisor, managing and mentoring 3-5 portfolio companies through the accelerator format to help them launch, scale, and connect with critical resources.
What You'll Do
- Advise portfolio companies on GTM strategy, marketing, growth, partnerships, and sales during weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
- Manage startups alongside our team through the structured xpansionIQ Accelerator program.
- Ensure startups are connected with the right internal contacts at EPL Group for needs beyond direct mentorship.
- Utilize EPL Group's infrastructure to record and communicate startup progress, to-do lists, and other requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of experience in startups, GTM strategy, pitch decks, sales, growth, and operations.
- Experience as a founder or in a leadership role within Pre-Seed to Series A+ startups or large enterprises.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

You will join as a part-time team member focused exclusively on mentoring portfolio companies.
