About the Role
Professionals will provide applied behavior analysis services to clients across Alabama, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and direct supervision. The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision-making, and family collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
- Supervise registered behavior technicians and other support staff
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track client progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide training to caregivers and educational staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development
Nice to Have
- Experience supervising RBTs or other clinical staff
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Prior work in school-based or home-based ABA programs
- Training in functional communication training or other evidence-based models
