What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual interviews with job seekers across different time zones
- Identify suitable international roles for candidates and support matching
- Manage your recruitment pipeline using industry-standard tools
- Work with live job openings from clients across Europe and other global markets
- Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to organize and track candidate progress
- Continue working remotely after training concludes
