Hospitable is hiring a Staff UI/UX Product Designer to lead the design of our platform, ensuring intuitive, elegant, and joyful user experiences. You will shape the product's direction, work closely with leadership, and drive the design process from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values.
Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember.

What We're Looking For

Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product, with a world-class portfolio demonstrating ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
Proficiency in design tools: Whimsical for mockups, Figma for designs.
Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional.

Experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host or working in a short-term rental business.
