Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in product design or UX, with a focus on agile development environments
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma and UX research tools like Maze and UserTesting
- Deep user empathy and a commitment to understanding the impact of designs on users
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles in design
- Previous work experience in fintech and financial services and products
- Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI, particularly Conversational AI, is a plus
- A problem solver eager to learn and grow beyond their comfort zone
- Ability to recognize and set aside personal biases, and understand when to compromise
- Basic knowledge of coding and how design decisions may affect engineering
