Solidgate is looking for a Product Designer to help move our product development from reactive design delivery to a proactive, product-driven approach. You will play a key role in removing design bottlenecks, strengthening product thinking, and actively shaping the evolution of our products.

What You'll Do

Generate and propose ideas to improve product usability and efficiency, such as reducing steps or simplifying flows.
Validate product design decisions through research, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
Design and evolve internal admin panels across 4 products with complex, information-heavy interfaces.
Contribute to and maintain Solidgate’s internal design system.
Design and optimize high-impact user-facing components like payment forms and payment links.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well-implemented.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
Strong product thinking with a focus on solving problems, not just delivering screens.
Experience designing complex interfaces, especially admin panels or internal tools.
Hands-on experience with hypothesis validation, prototyping, and user research.
Ability to independently identify problems and generate design tasks without waiting for detailed briefs.
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly defend design decisions with arguments.
Openness to feedback and readiness to admit when a hypothesis or solution doesn’t work.
