Responsibilities
- Generate and propose ideas to improve product usability and efficiency (e.g. reducing steps, simplifying flows)
- Validate product design decisions through research, testing, and stakeholder feedback
- Design and evolve internal admin panels across 4 products with complex, information-heavy interfaces
- Contribute to and maintain Solidgate’s internal design system
- Design and optimize high-impact user-facing components such as payment forms and payment links, where every interaction affects conversion
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, clear, and well-implemented
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
- Strong product thinking: you focus on solving problems, not just delivering screens
- Experience designing complex interfaces, especially admin panels or internal tools
- Hands-on experience with hypothesis validation, prototyping, and user research
- Ability to independently identify problems and generate design tasks without waiting for detailed briefs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly defend your design decisions with arguments
- Openness to feedback and readiness to admit when a hypothesis or solution doesn’t work
