Jobgether is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack to design, develop, and scale critical platform features. In this highly autonomous role, you'll own projects end-to-end, influence product decisions, and deliver seamless user experiences in a fast-growing environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain financial services and internal tools, including reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes.
- Develop APIs and functionalities to support high-value money movements across payment rails like ACH.
- Scale platform systems to support business growth while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Enhance daily operations through automation, tooling, and design improvements.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, finance, and engineering teams to launch new features effectively.
- Lead delivery of impactful projects from scoping and design to production rollout with minimal oversight.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Java.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with React or React Native.
- 4+ years hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Strong experience building high-quality mobile and web UIs.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple products end-to-end on time with high quality standards.
- Experience designing fault-tolerant systems with multiple external dependencies.
- Skilled in Java frameworks (Spring Core/Web/Boot), Gradle, JUnit, and JVM tuning.
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture, REST APIs, Message Queues, and scalable systems.
- Experience with AWS (EKS, Aurora RDS, Elasticache, DynamoDB), containerization, and CI/CD systems.
Nice to Have
- Expertise with observability and monitoring tools.
- Expertise with big data platforms like Snowflake.
- Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform).
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
