NRB - Trasys International is hiring a Senior SharePoint Software Developer for a long-term mission supporting a European institution based in Warsaw, Poland. This 100% remote role centers on designing and developing systems for critical areas including cybersecurity, public sector, and law enforcement. You will lead development efforts and translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Do

Design and develop the system
Lead development teams
Translate requirements into design
Optimize software from performance, security and quality points of view
Produce technical documentation
Estimate effort and time for development
Set software development standards
Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical problems
Collect and interpret software metrics
Manage configuration and releases
Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment
Test solutions and develop testing tools
Document developments
Prototype solutions
Act as 2nd and 3rd line support

What We're Looking For

University degree (BSc/MSc) in the field of ICT
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in the field of IT
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Software Development
At least 5 years of experience working in the Angular framework and .NET
At least 5 years of experience in the development of SharePoint based systems
At least 1 advanced-level certificate in software development
English B2 certificate or a passport from an English speaking country
Experience in the role of Software Developer in at least 2 projects aimed at design, implementation and deployment of ICT solutions for knowledge management, tasks, workflows, digital collaboration, documents handling, and business process management
Experience going through the complete lifecycle of a solution at least 1 time
Knowledge of UML and ability to design applications in UML
Proficiency in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
Experience working in Scrum developments
Capability for leading technical teams
