What You'll Do
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and implement technical solutions that meet business and user needs. Design and develop APIs and interactive web interfaces, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed systems and cloud environments.
Take part in refining feature requirements, prioritizing development tasks, and estimating effort in alignment with product goals. Lead technical discussions, advocate for sound architectural patterns, and promote best practices in software development. Write clean, maintainable code and ensure it meets compliance and performance benchmarks.
Create comprehensive test plans and scenarios to validate new and updated components. Support continuous integration and delivery by building automated workflows and deployment pipelines. Help foster a transparent, collaborative team culture grounded in agile principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software development
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and full systems development lifecycle
- Strong background in cloud-native platforms, particularly Azure PaaS
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
- Experience using C#, .NET 5, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft or Azure SQL databases
- Familiarity with source control using Git and platforms like Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise
- Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and scripting with PowerShell or YAML
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
- Ability to navigate complex business requirements and interdependent projects
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico
Work Mode
This role operates under a hybrid model based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Employees are expected to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless a work obligation requires travel or remote engagement.
