Jobgether is hiring a Staff Engineer, Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of sophisticated software systems. You will bridge backend and frontend technologies to create seamless user experiences, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product and design teams.

What You'll Do

Lead architectural design for complex software projects across backend and frontend systems.
Build, integrate, and maintain features that connect backend infrastructure with frontend applications.
Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and solutions.
Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and exceptional user experience standards.
Evaluate, adopt, and implement new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of industry experience in software development with full-stack expertise.
Strong backend experience (e.g., Python, FastAPI).
Strong frontend experience (e.g., TypeScript, React).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and advanced SQL skills.
Proven experience designing complex software systems with strong architectural knowledge.
Ability to work independently, manage large projects, and solve complex technical problems.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

Nice to Have

Experience with scalable distributed systems and cloud-based event-driven architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Pub/Sub).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
Knowledge of server-side rendering, modern frontend testing frameworks, or web accessibility standards.
Experience in the electric power or energy sector.
