Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to create, communicate, and implement technical strategies that support the Banking organization.
- Play a key role in influencing leaders across the organization and company to promote consistent, sound, and efficient technical decisions.
- Stay involved in the details of systems that power products by directly contributing to technical designs and remaining hands-on with code contributions.
- Hold yourself and teammates to high engineering standards.
- Use your experience and knowledge to expand teammates' technical skills through direct coaching and mentoring.
- Apply an AI-first mindset in daily work, raising the standard of AI application across the team by staying connected to efforts throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale features, including planning, managing, and executing delivery projects on time while maintaining high quality.
- Drive and experience in identifying, aligning, and implementing globally optimal solutions in a system with many interdependent parts.
- Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong track record of helping other engineers grow.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
