Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and manage AI-driven automations and agentic workflows to enable Customer Care Agents to resolve issues more quickly and uniformly.
- Develop and sustain connections between LLM-based systems and the care technology stack, including Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and iPaaS workflow automation platforms.
- Experiment with and refine agentic solutions capable of performing autonomous actions across care systems, incorporating appropriate human oversight checkpoints.
- Develop automated tests and engage in code reviews to ensure code quality and system dependability.
- Track AI system performance, address incidents, and make improvements based on operational data and agent input.
- Collaborate with software engineers, Salesforce developers, and operations stakeholders to convert care workflows into intelligent, automated solutions.
- Utilize AI-enhanced development tools to boost development speed and code quality.
