What You'll Do

Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable software systems

Mentor and elevate the skills of other engineers through code reviews and pairing

What We're Looking For

Substantial experience designing, building, and operating complex, distributed systems
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to production
Deep expertise in system design, data structures, and software architecture
Proven track record of mentoring engineers and improving team processes
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences
