500 Global is hiring a Global Program Associate to be a key member of our Market Launch team based in Malaysia. You will contribute to the execution and support of our global accelerator programs.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and delivery of global accelerator program operations.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for program events and sessions.
- Assist in managing program timelines, participant data, and resource coordination.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of program materials and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for program participants.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in program coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
