PingWind is hiring a Help Desk Customer Service Technician to deliver essential IT support. This remote role involves being the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance.
What You'll Do
- Provide responsive and effective remote IT support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported technical issues promptly
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base with clear solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a help desk, service desk, or IT customer service role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Self-motivation and discipline to work effectively in a remote environment
