Jerry.ai is hiring a contract-to-hire Staff Recruiter to lead complex and critical talent searches across all business functions. You will report directly to a cofounder and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this capital-efficient, pre-IPO startup.
What You'll Do
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches, including executive leadership hiring, across product management, software engineering, data science, design, marketing, legal, finance, and operations.
- Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies that meet ongoing growth needs.
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruiting team.
- Continuously review and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficiency without sacrificing quality.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing responsibility and search complexity.
- A track record of success in a high velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
- A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
Nice to Have
- Prior recruiting experience at a fast-growth startup, particularly across product management, product design, or business operations.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of 225 people across 7 countries, reporting directly to a cofounder and collaborating closely with senior leaders.
Work Mode
This is a global role open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.
