Jerry.ai is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis to join our 225-person global team. In this role, you will run complex and critical talent searches, including executive leadership hiring, and help shape the organization's future. You'll report directly to a cofounder and partner with senior leaders across the U.S. and Canada to bring in stellar talent.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches, including executive leadership hiring, across product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, and creative production.
- Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet ongoing growth needs.
- Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team.
- Continuously review, reflect, and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficiency without sacrificing quality.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience for product and engineering roles, with progressively increasing complexity in the types of searches you run.
- A track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
- A Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup across product management, product design, or business operations.
