Jerry.ai is hiring a Principal Recruiter to manage our most critical hiring initiatives and build our talent foundation. You will lead searches across all business functions, including executive hiring, while mentoring junior recruiters. This full-time contract role offers an opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches, including executive leadership, across product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations.
- Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet ongoing growth needs.
- Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team.
- Continuously review and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in searches.
- Track record of success in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment.
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup across product management, product design, or business operations.

You will be part of a team of 225 across 7 countries, reporting directly to a cofounder and working closely with senior leaders.
