Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for MadTech platforms to support scalable growth
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and refine product features
- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities
- Prioritize backlog based on impact, technical feasibility, and business needs
- Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure product-market fit
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success
- Lead discovery sessions to validate assumptions and test hypotheses
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies for timely product delivery
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology companies
- Proven track record in marketing technology or growth product domains
- Strong understanding of data analytics, tracking frameworks, and attribution models
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and B2B customer segments
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
- Ability to write clear PRDs and define measurable success criteria
- Skilled in balancing user needs with technical constraints
- Comfortable operating in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or financial services technology
- Background in API-first product development
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and data compliance standards
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Exposure to machine learning applications in marketing automation
