About the Role

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end development of growth-focused features, from ideation to execution, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive measurable improvements in key product metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of growth product initiatives
  • Identify high-impact opportunities in user onboarding and activation
  • Develop and test hypotheses to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with data scientists to measure feature performance
  • Define success metrics for A/B tests and long-term impact
  • Work with engineering teams to prioritize scalable solutions
  • Partner with UX designers to refine user journeys
  • Analyze user behavior to uncover friction points
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on growth priorities
  • Present findings and roadmaps to executive stakeholders
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across teams
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions
  • Iterate quickly based on experiment results
  • Optimize funnel stages from sign-up to retention
  • Build reusable frameworks for growth experimentation
  • Mentor junior product managers on best practices
  • Stay current with industry trends in product-led growth
