Responsibilities
- Shape and advance the overall product vision and strategic direction
- Guide teams through uncertain and evolving challenges in large-scale environments
- Drive measurable, high-value results across product initiatives
- Strengthen and develop the capabilities of the product function
- Develop comprehensive expertise in relevant clinical and operational domains
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, including significant time spent in healthcare, care delivery, or health technology sectors
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional products from initial concept through scaling and maturity
- History of shaping organizational strategy and influencing leadership-level roadmap decisions
- Strong ability to analyze ambiguous situations, align stakeholders, and make progress despite incomplete data
- Excellent communication skills across technical teams, executives, and clinical leaders
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior product managers
- Adaptability in fast-paced startup settings with shifting priorities and limited resources
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with care management platforms or clinical workflow systems
- Experience serving Medicaid populations or working in value-based care models
- Background building products for care teams or operational staff
- Knowledge of EHR integration patterns and challenges
- Understanding of pediatric healthcare needs and delivery

Compensation
Base salary range of $180,000 - $200,000, plus annual bonus and eligibility for equity participation
