Shape brand and communications strategy for a forward-thinking organization at the intersection of clean energy and software innovation. As Staff Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll design and execute integrated campaigns across digital platforms—website, email, social, and paid media—to advance brand visibility and support core business goals.
Strategic Communications Leadership
Develop and manage comprehensive communications plans targeting media, investors, partners, and customers. Lead press outreach, craft executive messaging, and coordinate public announcements that strengthen reputation and market position. Serve as primary liaison for media inquiries, interview coordination, and spokesperson support.
Content and Messaging Development
Produce high-impact content including press releases, blog posts, thought leadership articles, and customer communications. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate narratives. Collaborate with executives to align key messages with product launches and corporate priorities.
Collaboration and Execution
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
- Support internal communications to foster alignment, engagement, and cultural cohesion
- Prepare leadership for public speaking, media interviews, and industry events
- Manage external PR agencies and vendor relationships
- Amplify event participation through targeted promotional strategies
Qualifications
Requires 8+ years in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing roles with demonstrated success in strategic campaign execution. Strong writing skills across press materials, executive content, and digital formats are essential. Experience in media relations, message development, and cross-functional collaboration is critical. Proficiency with content management systems, email platforms, and social media tools required.
Preferred background includes clean energy, renewable technology, or B2B enterprise sectors. Familiarity with investor relations, crisis communications, or APR accreditation is advantageous.
