As an AI Technical Lead, you will drive the design and implementation of intelligent systems that solve meaningful business problems. You'll work across the entire client lifecycle—from initial discovery to deployment—ensuring solutions are technically sound, ethically grounded, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications using modern frameworks and engineering practices, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and real-world impact
- Collaborate with clients to uncover opportunities where AI can create measurable value, translating complex capabilities into clear, actionable insights
- Develop prototypes and demonstrations that illustrate the potential of emerging AI technologies, helping stakeholders visualize practical applications
- Advocate for responsible AI by embedding principles of fairness, transparency, privacy, and security into every stage of development
- Support business development by providing technical depth during client discussions and equipping teams with tools and knowledge to confidently discuss AI solutions
- Mentor internal teams and client stakeholders, sharing expertise to elevate technical fluency across projects and departments
- Evaluate new AI advancements, continuously refining approaches and expanding the organization’s technical repertoire
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record delivering client-facing technical projects from concept through implementation
- Strong full-stack development background with fluency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain
- Hands-on experience with large language models, agentic systems, and computer vision applications
- Experience integrating AI coding assistants into secure, high-quality development workflows
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, avoiding jargon while preserving accuracy
- Commitment to ethical development practices and a deep understanding of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines
- Self-driven approach to learning, with initiative to identify gaps and pursue solutions independently
