Responsibilities
- Evaluate and oversee Salesforce CRM data to produce meaningful insights that guide business strategy and operations
- Create, build, and sustain dashboards, reports, and data structures in Salesforce aligned with stakeholder needs
- Maintain high standards of data correctness, uniformity, and reliability using robust governance and quality controls
- Work with interdisciplinary groups such as sales, marketing, operations, and IT to identify reporting demands and implement analytical tools
- Track and enhance CRM data utilization to strengthen transparency, performance measurement, and informed decision-making
