Nagarro is looking for a Staff Engineer to focus on Salesforce CRM data, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you will analyze data to generate insights, design dashboards and reports, and ensure strong data governance and quality within our dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and manage Salesforce CRM data to generate actionable insights that support strategic and operational business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data models to meet business and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through strong data governance and quality practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and IT to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Monitor and optimize CRM data usage to improve visibility, performance tracking, and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM data, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong expertise in creating dashboards, reports, and data models within Salesforce or related analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices for CRM data management.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, business-friendly outputs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
