You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams in Product, Design, and Data Science to ship features that make a real difference for thousands of users. Accountabilities:

· Take full ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from initial concept to final release.

· Establish and maintain razor-sharp engineering standards for scalability, reliability, and performance.

· Dive into complex technical challenges, balancing cutting-edge innovation with pragmatic execution.

· Continuously evolve system architecture, hunting down opportunities for refactoring and automation.

· Lead incident management and postmortems, ensuring rock-solid resilience across platforms.

· Mentor and guide engineers, cultivating a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

· Collaborate seamlessly across Product, Operations, and Data Science to deliver user-first solutions.

· 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proven ownership of major systems or features.

· Deep expertise in one or more backend or full-stack ecosystems (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java/Kotlin, Go).

· Proven track record in designing and optimizing scalable systems.

· Strong command of CI/CD, testing practices, and observability tools.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives.

· Self-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed startup environment.

· Nice to have: experience with AI/ML integration, data-driven or consumer-facing products, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
