Responsibilities
- Prevent any SV1-CFM defect from reaching the customer in HSA or HDD products.
- Work with engineering teams to establish clear SV1-CFM parameter definitions.
- Partner with engineers to determine optimal process controls for SV1-CFM parameters.
- Maintain SF Quality KPIs using VFC and Smart Quality systems.
- Support both internal and external stakeholders in addressing customer feedback related to defect analysis and improvements.
- Ensure proper communication of any wafer or substrate deviations or qualifications to the back-end team for shipment and logistics management.
- Review qualification data collectively with the team prior to releasing wafer shipments.
- Guarantee all documentation for SF processes meets compliance standards and surpasses requirements.
- Ensure correct application of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Lessons Learned to sustain product quality.
