About the Role

This position leads the planning, deployment, and supervision of staff augmentation resources, aligning talent assignments with client requirements while maintaining service quality and team productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end placement of professionals within client environments
  • Ensure alignment between client demands and available talent resources
  • Monitor performance and engagement of assigned personnel

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff
  • Maintain compliance with employment and contractual standards

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Optimize resource utilization across multiple projects
  • Support forecasting of staffing requirements
