About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic accounts by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and ensuring long-term success through consistent engagement and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned strategic clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and strategic planning
  • Monitor client usage and adoption metrics to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Develop account plans tailored to each client's business objectives
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead regular business reviews with client stakeholders
  • Track and report on key account health indicators
  • Ensure client goals are aligned with product capabilities
  • Advocate for client needs internally to influence product direction
  • Drive renewal processes with attention to detail and timing
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation support as needed
