Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for the network in the Torino region.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics.
- P&L Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Significant experience (at least 3 years) in account management or sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to apply financial data to commercial decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms that support business growth and supply quality.
- Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide best practices and maintain operational excellence.
Nice to Have
- A strong understanding of the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors; professional fluency in English is also a significant plus.
