Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM system accurately and consistently
- Reach out to new leads to introduce Ahti via WhatsApp and email
- Handle incoming messages on the WhatsApp account professionally and promptly
- Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Route more complex queries to the relevant internal team
- Ensure all client interactions and information are properly recorded
- Support sales operations with general administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and consistent in handling routine tasks
- Good written and speaking communication skills (English)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools
- Reliable, patient, and has a good attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
