Equip Health is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner - Eating Disorders

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with eating disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct virtual appointments and follow-ups.
  • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical protocols.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and resources.
