Responsibilities
- Be actively involved with all production requirements within the agency and perform as an agency producer when working with external suppliers.
- Respond to production briefs and establish internal capabilities.
- Plan and manage timing schedules and production budgets.
- Monitor work scope and risk against all variables and escalate issues to the Senior Producer, if required.
- Maintain communication between all relevant parties, internal and external.
- Lead all appropriate client-facing meetings in pre- and post-production.
- Create and maintain all scheduling requirements, estimates, POs, contracts and final outputs through to CAD and dispatch.
- Manage vendors and talent on assigned projects.
Requirements
- A Production Manager/Producer with experience from either an agency or a production house.
- Highly skilled in TV, stills and video content production.
- Ready to sink your teeth into any new challenge.
- Focussed on quality output and attention to detail.
- A cool character that stays calm under pressure.
- Exceptionally organised and a natural multi-tasker.
