Angi is looking for a Staff Analyst, Marketing to optimize the performance of our home repair and online marketplace platform. This senior individual contributor role uses advanced analytics to drive strategic business decisions by analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and service provider performance.
What You'll Do
- Analyze user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and service provider performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop predictive models to enhance marketplace matching, pricing optimization, and user retention.
- Work cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights for feature enhancements and A/B testing.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to contribute to business strategy.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor key marketplace metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and maintain scalable data solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and assist in refining analytics processes and reporting tools.
- Stay current with trends in the home services industry and emerging data tools.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or home services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to develop and apply predictive models to enhance marketplace performance.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree preferred.
