3E is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our Technology & Engineering department. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of AI models and systems
- Architect scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and roadmaps
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI development
- Stay current with AI research and evaluate new technologies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a lead or staff-level AI/ML engineer
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Expertise in designing and deploying production AI systems
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in Bethesda, Maryland or Carlsbad, California.
