Solventum is looking for a Senior Account Manager for our Dental Solutions division in Wuhan. You will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts and developing the market. We pioneer innovations at the intersection of health, material and data science, partnering to ensure our solutions meld technology with compassion.
What You'll Do
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for key customers aligned with company business goals.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop relationships with both existing accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage, communication, and sales coordination.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with Medical degrees.
- More than two years of medical/pharma sales experience, specifically in dental sales.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A resilient individual who can work under pressure and is skilled at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working, and innovative mindset.
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and a customer service focus.
Work Mode
This role will operate in a hybrid work mode based in Wuhan.
