Solventum is hiring a Senior Account Manager for Dental Solutions to achieve sales objectives by providing independent coverage of assigned accounts and territory. In this role, you will develop our market in Chengdu, Shenzhen, or Guangzhou, applying foundational sales skills while managing your territory with regular supervision. What You'll Do
- Manage sales activities, market development, and customer service in your assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plans, and quantitative sales targets for customers aligned with company business strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plans, visit customers, and develop relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage, communications, and sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with a Medical degree.
- More than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, and skilled at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working, and innovative mindset.
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and a customer service focus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a work visa.
Work Mode
This role is based locally in one of the specified cities: Chengdu, Shenzhen, or Guangzhou.
